Most american consume a good teaspoon and a half of sodim a day. which is double the 1500 mg our bodies needs.

This raise our risk of heart attack and stroke. But salt makes good food taste good and can’t be replaced.

How do we escaped from Salt?

What went wrong?

1. Rig is equipped with blowout preventers that are designed to seal a well. Crew members couldn’t activate the blow out preventer.

2. It is like open a heart surgery at 1500 miles in the dark with robot-controlled submarines. But all these robot failed.

3. BP tried to place 70 ton domes over each of the leakes but this technique has never been tried at such depths.

4. Gulf coast fisherman will really suffer with 2000 sq mi oil slick and expanding.

5. Oil would be toxic to wildlife.

6. The dispersants being sprayed on the oil slick break up the crude can be toxic to some marine life.

Should we ban off shore drilling which discovery and development of oil underweater?

Reverse osmosis

it is a filtration method that is commonly use in household water filter. It removed many types of large molecules by applying pressure. This is reverse of the osmosis process which moves from an area of low concentration ot high concentration.

Some of the disadvantage is household water filter is lower pressure and it discharged more waste water and it filtered out minerals.

“good fat”

Unsaturated fat, “good fat” can be divided into 3 categories. It is a liquid in room temperatuire. It give 9 calorie for each gram. So eating too much can gain weight too.

Monusaturated fat (olive oil)
Polysaturated fat (vegetable oil)
Omega 3

These fat can lower your your risk of heart disease by reducing your cholesterol and low density lipoprotein (LDL /bad cholesterol).

Unsaturated fat has larger molecule and tends to slide past each other in blood stream means little to no to plaque build up.

30% of chinese adult is obese with more access to fast food, ice cream. More than 92 million chinese adults suffer from Type 2 diabetes, caused mainly by high calorie diet.

Type 2 diabetes is insulin reisistant – cells fail to use insulin properly. Insulin causes cells in liver, muscle, fat tissue to take up glucose from the blood.

Drink a glass of coffee a day help reduce parkinson disease, diabetes and heart disease. It also helps treating ashtma.

Coffee beans has large amount of antioxidants.

Children who drink coffee are less likely to depress or feeling tired!

On the other side, coffee can increase nervousness, rapid heartbreak and some will addicted to it and develop withrawal sympton.
